Wish I may have used this winch. The workmanship of the Superwinch looked to be high notch. I can't go any farther than that in my review since i used to be unable to put in the winch when mounted to the Superwinch mount plate. I gave this winch 3-stars since the electrical studs sits on the outer reaches of the motor housing at 180-degree aside from one another. that will not be a tangle for many installations however Superwinch's mount plate (#2202855) was designed that the winch would be mounted to the rear of the mount plate and not the bottom of the mount plate. superwinch atv caused the electrical studs to sit down on a vertical plane rather than horizontal plane and caused the electrical studs to create contact with the crash bars, unless you used the left most mounting hole positions to mounted the winch.

Using the other mounting hole, aside from the middle mounting hole positions, created another drawback. one in all the bolts anchoring the winch to the mounting plate would hit the ATV frame preventing you from aligning and bolting the crash bar and mount plate to the ATV frame. i suppose this might be a Catch-22 state of affairs.

According to the Superwinch net website, this mount plate kit is suppose to figure with this winch when mounting to a 2007 Grizzly 450 4x4.
